The first 80s had lighs behind the grill. They were built from 1948 to 1950. All 80s have trapisoidal shaped doors. Next was lights peeking through the grill for 1951s Lastly for the 80s, the 1952 and 1953 modesl had the inverted T grill the 86 inch was features 6" more in the load bead, rectangular lower doors and were built from 1954 to 1956 Next Land Rover lengthend the front end ahead of the firewall adding 6 inches to the wheel base. These 8" Land Rovers were built from 1956 to 1958 The sister to the 86" was the long wheel base 107" which was built from 1954 to 1956 The 107" had a Station Wagon varient built from 1956 to 1958 Matching the 88" the 107 regular was streched to 109" wheelbase.
